Jukee provides a B2B music streaming and audio advertising platform for retail venues and businesses, including music streaming, AI-powered audio ad creation, and campaign management tools.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate account information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- One person or entity per account unless otherwise authorized
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any laws or third-party rights
- Upload harmful, offensive, or infringing content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt our services
- Use our services for any illegal purpose
5. Content and Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create. By uploading content, you grant Jukee a license to use, store, and distribute it as necessary to provide our services.
Our Content: Jukee and its licensors own all rights to the platform, software, and curated music library. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
6. AI-Generated Content
Audio advertisements created using our AI tools are your responsibility. You must ensure all AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.
7. Payment Terms
Fees are billed according to your subscription plan. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services ends immediately.
9. Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jukee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Jukee against any claims arising from your use of the services, your content, or your violation of these terms.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
